All products are hand made by KC magical designs in Orlando, FL United Sates in a smoke free place.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Do not leave this creation inside your car during the summer or exposed to heat, adhesive can be compromised.
- Do not wear it under rainy or extreme cold or hot weather conditions.
- Remember it is a handmade piece, it is not indestructible.
- Each piece is individually created, are hand made by us in the United States.
- Exposure to moisture or excessive sunlight can damage or leave marks on fabric.
- Be careful to avoid excessive rubbing of glittered or embellished decorations, which can be damaged.
- Without the proper care they can be severely damaged.
- To extend the life and preserve the quality of this creation we recommend to follow these basic instructions.
- No machine wash and do not put in the dryer.
PAYMENTS:
All items must be payed in full before we can ship out your order. Any special order items must be payed in full before they are made.

SHIPPING:
Priority Mail
Priority Mail® is the best mail service. Domestic deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days depending on where it’s going. Tracking and insurance are included. Prices start at $7.50.
Priority Mail is the United States Postal Service’s 1-3 day shipping for sending packages and parcels across the country.
If your package is lost or stolen please use your tracking number information to file a claim with the U.S. Postal Service office.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
All sales are final, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, right now we do not accept returns or exchanges do to the nature of products, headbands, head pieces and masks are personal use items. But if you have any problem with our creation please contact us within the next 3 days after you receive it. We encourage you to take a picture when you open the box and share it with us, so we knew that you receive it in perfect condition as we ship it.
SIZING:
All headbands are one size fits all, from 3 years old to adults.

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
We can not combine orders once they have been placed, if you purchase items separately, they will be shipped separately, this is how we process orders.

SALES:
2021 Starting on January the 7th, we gonna have a weekly opening, every week on Thursdays from 3pm WDW (eastern) time until midnight.
2021 If the item you bought is a Ready To Ship RTS one, Shipping will be done the following Monday after the order is placed.
If the item you bought is a Ready To Ship (RTS ),shipping will be done the following Monday after the order is placed.
If the item you bought is a Made To Order (MTO ), a different shipping date applies usually we will ship it two weeks after your order is placed.
